I Quit the Glorification of ‘Busy’ Posted on March 22, 2016 | No Comments

2016 is the year I quit the glorification of ‘busy’. The other day it occurred to me that the term ‘busy’ is no longer just a state of affairs but a frame of mind often even an excuse. This years I ask you to join me in redefining to the term ‘lazy’ in hope of regaining control over our wellbeing.

What I learned in 2014 Posted on December 24, 2014 | No Comments

It’s incredibly easy for life to pass us by without even realising what, when or how much we have changed (am I the only one who feels like somehow we managed to skip 6 months of 2014 and no-one is saying anything?). This is why I like to take a little “me time” during the festive season and reflect on the year that was. The Problems with Calorie Counting Posted on October 13, 2014 | No Comments

My first calorie counting mission began after reading a glossy magazine special on how to achieve the infamous body of a Victoria’s Secret model. Only a few days later I heard from this supporter via email. His story was so incredibly powerful and something I knew so many people out there could relate to. I asked Alex if he would share his story with the readers and he happily obliged. A huge thank you to Alex for sharing this story. WARNING: Be prepared to be inspired.
