Roast Pumpkin Hummus

Roast Pumpkin Hummus

I’ll admit I’m not a huge fan of traditional hummus (*gasps), but this roast pumpkin variation has got me hooked. So easy to prepare at the start of the week for a scrumptious breakfast (pictured above) or for a nutritious snack on the run. ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS: TAHINI Tahini is a paste made via the process of grounding down sesame

Sweet Potato Black Bean Fudge Brownies

I was scrolling through social media the other day and saw that someone had made black bean brownies. I won’t lie, I was intrigued but I put it to the back of my mind. Anzac Biscuits - An Apple a Day

Paleo Anzac Biscuits

One of my fondest memories of Anzac day is the time spent with my Grandma. Anzac Day meant it was time to make Anzac Biscuits. All 3 of us would crowd around her kitchen bench and help her bake. Whilst in this instance I have strayed a little from my Grandma’s traditional Anzac Biscuits recipe (in a bid to create a healthier alternative), they still taste delicious (and are often gobbled up before I even have a chance to dig in myself). One recipe is made with whole food ingredients and the other is a GF, DF, gooey Paleo alternative. I hope you all enjoy!
