This healthy bircher muesli recipe is the perfect way to start your day and is ready in next to no time. The best part about this recipe is that all the preparation is done the night before, all you have to do when you wake up in the morning is grab and go – no mess, no dishes, no fuss!
Healthy Bircher Muesli Recipe
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2-3/4 cup cup coconut milk (learn how to MYO Coconut Milk here)
- Fresh or frozen berries to serve
- Pour oats into a glass container (I use Decor Glass match-ups).
- Add coconut milk and berries, stir to combine.
- Pop mixture in the fridge overnight.
- Top with additional berries, coconut and some activated buckwheat for some extra crunch (optional)!
