Last summer, our niece came to stay with us over Christmas. Being the good host that I was, I decided to use this opportunity gather some (brutally) honest 4-year-old feedback on a number of my recipes. These creamy chocolate popsicles, were a clear winner and can honestly say that I felt her pain when she had to “share” the last one with her Dad (tears all round). This delicious recipe is gluten free, dairy free and free from all refined sugars.
