I was just sifting through my goodie bag from yesterday’s food styling workshop and found a Natural Raw C freebie! To be honest, it couldn’t have come at a better time; I’m absolutely wrecked after my first Bikram Yoga class in a LONNNNNG time, so I needed a fresh and hydrating green smoothie to get me back on my feet!
- 2 fresh limes, juiced
- 1 frozen mango I bought bulk in summer and have a stash in my freezer
- 1 handful of organic baby spinach
- 1 small organic cucumber
- 4 mint leaves or more, depending on your taste
- 1 cup coconut water I use Raw C
- 1 cup filtered water to taste
Place all ingredients in the food processor/blender and combine. Continue to blend until all ingredients liquefy. Serve immediately.
