Salted Caramel Smoothie - An Apple a DayWhat’s not to love? 

Salted Caramel Smoothie

Serves: 2


  • 1 x frozen banana (peeled)
  • 1 x tbsp of cashew butter
  • 2 x grind of Himalayan rock salt
  • 1 fresh date (pitted)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Maple Syrup to taste (optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients until combined. Serve immediately!
