I like to prepare this one over the weekend and pair with a delicious side salad during the week for an easy dinner. Not to be missed!
The thing I love about food is that there is always a way to recreate a recipe that taste as good as the original, minus the the hidden nasties. My Chicken & Corn Soup recipe does just that. Full of soupy goodness this recipe will certainly become a favourite throughout these winter months.
As the weather started to cool down, I’ve been thinking a lot about Sausage Rolls (it’s funny how the weather can do that), but how on earth could I make them Gluten Free?
Last week Brooke Meredith from a Conscious Collection uploaded a picture of her GF Sausage Rolls. With sausage rolls on my mind of late, I took a sneak peak. The clever cookie that she is, uses the paper from rice paper rolls to wrap the meat – the result? GF sausage rolls with CRUNCH.
Since visiting Greece, the good old Greek Salad has been on my radar each and every summer. This Greek Salad with Goats Cheese combines fresh seasonal vegetables with a simple yet effective dressing- one bit alone is enough to transport you to somewhere in the Mediterranean.
There was so many things to love about Peru, but the food was most definitely one of the highlights. Today on the blog I share one of my favourite Peruvian dishes – Lomo Saltaldo. Mmm Mmm… I’m salivating just thinking about it! Peruvian Lomo Saltado Serves: 4 …
Mango and Chicken Curry is one of my all time favourite dishes however, I quickly grew tired of having to add store bought Mango chutney’s that contained additives, flavours, sugars and preservatives. To help overcome this problem, I created my own Paleo Mango & Chicken Curry Recipe using the REAL DEAL and have never looked back.
These Fish Tacos with Avocado and Mango Salsa are my go-to on the nights I just don’t have the time or energy to prepare a meal. They are incredibly quick, simple and oh my goodness tasty. This recipe is an absolute favourite amongst clients (and ALL of their immediate families), you’ll have to try it and let me know what you think!

Only recently I had some 100% grass-fed beef mince in the freezer and a single beetroot that had to be used up ASAP. As any normal person would do (yes, I realise I’m not that normal), I decided I would smack the two together and voila, beetroot and beef burger patties! These are so tasty that I put two away for my lunch the next day. These tasty patties are also delicious prepared ahead of time and stored in the freezer for an easy dinner when time escapes us.
On a recent visit to Perth, my sister decided to cook up her own dinner before she had to rush out the door. As the incredible smell wafted throughout the house, I knew I needed a bite. What had she made? Salmon Fishcakes, only this time she had used sweet potato and pumpkin instead of the standard white potato. After harassing her for the recipe (turns out mum made them all along), I made a few tweaks and voila, a healthy and nourishing meal for the busy individual.
